Availability of products.
Despite our best endeavors to maintain fully up to date stock records it may sometimes happen that we are unable to fulfil an order. In this case, customers will be contacted directly to make alternative arrangements.
All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars and we accept both Visa and MasterCard. All pricing includes Goods and Service Tax within New Zealand.
All of our transactions take place in a secure environment and we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have provided us, to prevent unauthorized access. The website registers each individual with their e-mail address and password - both of which you provide. You are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your ID and password. You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your user ID and password. If there has been an unauthorized use of your user ID or any breach of security known to you, you must inform us immediately.
Delivery and Export
Galloway International Ltd use reputable International Freight Forwarding Companies for all its exports.
For North Island New Zealand deliveries Galloway International Ltd have a fleet of specialized trucks to deliver our full range. We may use other freight or courier companies for smaller items.
Your choice of delivery date is indicative only and is subject to confirmation by us. Confirmation of delivery date will be subject to product availability and scheduled delivery to your area. Once a delivery date has been indicated by our sales staff we will be in touch and discuss it with you and confirm final date.
A delivery for a preferred date and time of less than two weeks is not always possible.

Damage in Transit
If products are broken or damaged in transit to you, the damaged goods must be returned to us. Shipping costs for the damaged portion of the delivery back to us is at our expense. Customers must first notify us and arrange return shipping. Galloway International Ltd can only credit customers on the return to our factory of the damaged product.
Claims for Breakages, Returns & Refunds
Upon receipt of your order, you should carefully inspect it to make sure that it is intact and in full. The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the couriers' documentation. We must have confirmation of these breakages or shortages within 7 days of the delivery.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of the company management within 30-days period after date of purchase. Please contact Galloway International ltd with any questions.
Handling of Complaints
We take complaints very seriously and will endeavor to resolve any complaint in an effective, fair confidential and speedy manner. We will endeavor to resolve any complaint within five working days.
