BIM

What is BIM?

Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the digital process of planning and designing structures for construction, commonly used in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry.

What is a BIM Object?

The digital, 3D version of a physical product which includes information such as specifications alongside the visual representation of the product.

What is a Revit Family?

Revit Families are parametric objects which allow changes and variations to tailor products to suit the uses of the build project.

For example, Aqua Tanks Revit Families allow changes in inlet and outlet position and the ability to select one of our 11 available colours of the water tank.

What BIM Objects and Revit Families do Aqua Tanks have?

Aqua Tanks has Revit families, DWG and PDF available for our Urban Aquatanks, Rural and Slimline water tank ranges and a selection of water storage accessories available for download and use for New Zealand build projects.
